TFCentral Updates

I've updated Bulletin to the latest and greatest and removed all empty albums from the Image Archive; should be a bit easier to navigate now.

If you find any errors, have ideas, or requests for changes to the site let me know. PLEASE reply to this thread with your suggestions.
