Re: hosted users Sounds good. I'll see how the reliability compares with my current host. One of them will become a backup to be redirected to in event of a crash. That way both servers have to go down to kill my site... very good!

Re: hosted users I seem to be hosted now, but how do I access it? I use the ftp client of either internet explorer or konqueror, depending on what computer I'm on at the moment. However they get this error message: 421: unable to set up secure ananymous access. Do I have to use an ftp client that apparently has to be purchased?

Re: hosted users You will need to use an FTP client. Try WS_FTP or SecureFX.

Re: hosted users I think I have it figured out now. When I try to log into ftp.tfcentral.com, I get: username OK password bad When I try to log into ftp.xxxx.tfcentral.com I get: cannot resolve host name I'm thinking I don't have privilages to the former, but don't have the proper URL for the latter. Curiously, ocalhoun, onet, and equinedr all seem to be valid usernames. However, entering any of these into the URL returns a cannot resolve host name. urls I've tried: ftp.< ocalhoun ocalhou equinedream equine equinedr onet >.tfcentral.com sorry I'm being such a bother, but what exactly is my URL?
