Not so much impossible as very, very improbable.

It may be possible after retro-viruses are made to alter our DNA, but that would like result in a painful death. But hey, we can hope.

If TFing won't work I'll try and fulfil some other life goals. Like listening to Dragostea din tei 100,000 times and not go insane.
