| Found a really cool/funny TF comic. http://www.elgoonishshive.com/ It one the of the best TF storys I have ever read. You should start with the first comic and at least read to the "Painted Black" story arc. You won't be dissapointed. |

| Re: Found a really cool/funny TF comic. whoa! I haven't gone back to that site in such a long time...not since last summer (or winter) I think. I wanted to stop and let the creator get more strips out so I continue to read later without waiting the next day or two for the next strip (I'm nuts that way). Stopped at the Slumber Party arc (or the Birthday Party one). I wonder........

| Re: Found a really cool/funny TF comic. El Goonish Shive, by Dan Shive is indeed an awesome comic, which uses transformation on a regular basis. I have a different URL for it though, but it seems to be the same page: http://www.egscomics.com/ El Goonish Shive uses alien technology for transformation. Normally it updates about 3 times a week. An interesting comic that is specifically about therianthropy, a.k.a. otherkin, is Theri There, by Orion Sandstorrm. Updates are sporadic, about 2 to 4 times per month. I recently found Fox Tails, by Fallon Willard, which is about classic Japanese kitsune. He has a fair amount of information on his site about kitsune, for those of us who write or care about that kind of stuff. Normally updates 3 times a week. I must mention The Wotch, by Anne Onymous and Robin Ericson. The Wotch is a lot like El Goonish Shive--a long complex story broken down into chapters that has a definite plot. It features magic for transformations and is filled with gender transforms along with a fair sprinkling of animal/demon/mythical creature transforms. Normally updates 3 times per week. The Changing Workplace, by Oren Otter has transformation as its primary focus. Unfortunately he seems to be having some website coding problems (it appears to be hand-coded) and the "Previous Strip" button is broken. The magical incantation to see the strips is to right click on the present strip, select "View Image" from the menu, then edit the file name in the address bar. Numbering starts with 0001. For awhile the strip roughly paralleled Oren's life, then his fiancee left him (she was Sadie the otter in the strip) and Oren dropped that story, put out a few more strips, and then quit for about a year. He's fired up his site again and he, or perhaps his webmaster, has been re-posting old strips at the rate of 5 per week--with the plan to draw new strips when the old are exhausted. But it's filled with transformation using just about any method possible. DMFA (Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures), by Amber Williams has the occasional transformation. Mostly this is because of who the characters are. There's a faerie race, several demon races, etc. Updates 3 times per week. Pibgorn, by Brooke McEldowney is pretty interesting. He's a syndicated cartoonist (9 Chickweed Lane) but although Pibgorn is hosted at Comics.com, the newspapers won't touch it. Too weird, me thinks. The main characters are: Pibgorn the faerie, Drusilla the succubus, and Geoff the church organist--but the Episcopalians kicked him out of the church months ago. It features long story arcs filled with magic and violence. Right now Brooke is doing Shakespeare's Mid Summer Night's Dream, but using the cast of Pibgorn. Oognat the hair faerie was playing the part of Bottom (the guy transformed into a donkey) and she looked really cute with long ears and donkey feet. Last week Pib changed her from her Bottom character into a human woman, a shocking transformation! Oognat without her unruly fur? Anyway, Comics.com only lets you see the last month, unless you pay them, so this strip may be a bit difficult to get into. The Shakespearean speak doesn't help either, but that should soon pass. Updates 3 times a week. That's what I read. Scotty PS: Explains a lot, doesn't it. Last edited by ScottyDM : 11-22-2006 at 12:55 AM. Reason: punctuation |

| Re: Found a really cool/funny TF comic. Ohhh, Two Kinds! Love that. Not exactly transformation focused, but contains the occasional transformation. Scotty |

| Re: Found a really cool/funny TF comic. Foxfire Chronicles? You're kidding right? I read that monstrosity a while ago, it was bad then, it doesn't look like it's changed. In fact, I have to say that it's about the worst webcomic I have read in my entire life. The worst thing I have ever read, Period.
