| Is tf normal? Yes, I have this very strange tf thing, but I really need to know if it is more normal to have... is it like 1 to 100 people with it? I haven't said it to anyone else in rl... I don't want to be stamped as the crazy contry boy. |

| Re: Is tf normal? I'm sure it's not "normal" by any deffinition. But who wants to be "normal" anyway? A hard question to answer, though. I mean, you can't really go door to door and ask everybody if they have any special interest in humans turning into animals or other things. But we're a pretty rare breed, as I understand it. All things considered, though, there's all sorts of evidence that the TF interest has been around for at least thousands of years- abeit in completely different forms, ranging from religion to mythology to classical artwork. So... I wouldn't say that it's 'unusual' for 'some' people to be interested in TF art and literature at any point in human history. But I would say that we're a pretty rare breed indeed. To put it lightly, I don't think it's something you should bring up on a first date or anything. n.n |

| Re: Is tf normal? You took the words right out of my mouth, Soty....well, at least took it and reword it in a sophisticated intelligent paragraph that sounds better than what I could've come up with...>^.^< Yeah, not normal....but, not horrible...depending...yeah, Soty said it better.

| Re: Is tf normal? To show what I mean by 'tf' and 'transformation' http://homepages.cs.ncl.ac.uk/harry....d/home.formal/ Harry's wife Elsa did her M. of Litt. on Kudron and Lanzelet, and deals with transformation somewhere in that 200 odd page paper of hers Her hubby also has a academic connection and has a vested interest in his wifes partially transformation related paper So there are 2 people who have a interest in 'transformation' Theres no evidence however that the two of them have viewed the tf pics at Transfur, and hence presumably are not into ' tf' |

Strange goings on, courtly love. The psychological kinks of a whole society, and apt fodder for a worthy story. Scotty |

| Re: Is tf normal? TF art and myths about it is older than the oldest alphabet. I bet some humans have a natural interest on it. The chinese culture teach us that humans have to balance their linkings with their body and nature... I've read about hipnosis long time ago, there was a chapter about the religious part and the "deshuman' part in each brain. |

| Re: Is tf normal? There's all sorts of possible replies to this to make us seem normal. There's plenty of others to make us look like it's daring or virtuous to be abnormal. Nobody knows what the percentage is. It might be 1 in 100, or it might be 1 in 10. Or 1 in 10,000. Who knows? But it is safe to say that the degree to which people on this site and others like it enjoy transformations is not normal. Live with it. Or don't - makes no difference to me. |
