The first time I looked at her dA pages I didn't see anything to indicate she would allow such use except for the picture names. Then I found this in her first journal entry:

Don't use my pix for commercial use, for layout or website. with out permission
and if its where you get paid for making something i should get something out of it too and it needs to be in writing!
Please note me if you use my photos and give me the credit for manipulation.
If u don't like it to bad then... don't use my photos, please.

Well, despite that her newer pics are 12 gigapixels. You can see individual eyelashes and the pores in her skin, so the resolution is there. And she's kinda hot. And she's got a funky eye. And she's got a rockin' name. All seems good to me.
