Basically a request for 10 to 20 animation cels in inverse colour preferably
in 480 x 620 format of a diesel electric cruising from one side to the other
with a crew of about 20 to 30 guys in tophats

were drawn up before "The 'Event' "
they probably need a touch up in PAINT t superimpose the window of
Room 1300
to give them the correct context

and a tf of man into corsetted girl in the mirror
